If you have a curious pet that likes to nibble plants, it's important to keep them safe by filling your home with pet safe plants! Unfortunately many popular houseplants are toxic to animals, both through consumption and exposure to certain parts of the plant, like sap or pollen. The good news is there are many plants that are safe for your furry friends! These plants are recognized by the ASPCA as non-toxic and safe for pets. It is important to note that even though these plants are considered non-toxic, consumption of these plants can still cause nausea, vomiting, or irritation in your pet. It is best to keep all plants out of reach of pets, and call your vet immediately if your pet has ingested a plant. Better safe than sorry!

Love this list of pet-safe houseplants! It’s such a relief knowing our furry friends can stay safe while we enjoy greenery indoors. Just like researching how much does a maine coon cat cost, it’s always smart to plan ahead for happy, healthy pets.
